PCI DSS certification
The PCI DSS standard is a standard written jointly by the Carte Bleue / Visa and EuroCard / MasterCard networks. It brings together recommendations to ensure the security of confidential information held by companies, such as credit card numbers.
3D-Secure Since October 2008, a new security standard has been operational in France. It aims to authenticate the card holder when paying over the internet. This standard is used under the name “Verified by Visa” for Visa and “MasterCard SecureCode” for MasterCard. Its principle is based on verifying information known only to the card holder (like the 4-digit code) and which will be requested by his bank during transactions on the web. In order to secure your payments, we guarantee that:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our products are created especially for our customers. The manufacturing time can be around 4 weeks depending on the availability of precious stones. Once the jewel has been made and certified by our experts, delivery takes place from 2 to 5 days depending on the country of destination.
Persée Paris ensures deliveries all over the world.
Your jewelry will be shipped via DHL services. For security reasons, a signature at reception will be requested.
The delivery time depends on your location. Typically, it takes 2-5 days after your order has been dispatched.
All purchases 1000 € and up are eligible for free delivery. For other purchases, the delivery costs with signature are as follows:
– Metropolitan France: 25 €
-Overseas France: € 30
-Europe: 30 €
-Rest of the world: 50 €
Track my Order
Persée will send you a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your order online. If you connect to your Persée online account, you can also track your package by selecting “My account”, and clicking on “My orders”.
Change my delivery address
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change your delivery address. You will need to contact DHL directly in your country. Please note that DHL may charge you additional costs for an address change in the same country after your order has been sent. Persée will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with a change of address.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right of withdrawal applied to your Persée Paris purchase within 14 days without justification. This withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the receipt of your order by your own, or by a third party (other than the carrier).
Jewelry purchased on perseeparis.com can be exchanged or returned up to fourteen days after the purchase date. For an exchange or return, we accept unworn, unused and undamaged products, accompanied with the original Persée Paris packaging.
Return a jewel
You can return your jewel within: 14 days from the reception date of your order for a refund by applying your right of withdrawal. For an exchange or return, we accept unworn, unused and undamaged products, accompanied with the original Persée Paris packaging. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com, to make an exchange or return. One of our customer service experts will send you the instructions.
The refund amount for the purchased item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method used by the customer. The refund will be made within 10 (ten) working days from the reception date of the returned product in our warehouses for inspection. Once the refund has been made by Persée Paris, the customer will receive an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the initial order.
For an exchange or return, we accept unworn and undamaged products, accompanied with the original Persée Paris packaging. To exchange a piece of jewelry, you will be reimbursed for your jewelry so that you can order again. Indeed, each jewel having a unique engraving number that we are obliged to re-issue an invoice and therefore to proceed to a new payment.
The guarantee for Persée Paris jewelry is one (1) year from the purchase date. If you wish to have your jewelry cleaned or repaired, you can contact our after-sales service (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Our jewelry is made and set using high jewelry techniques. Thanks to high quality manufacturing, our jewelry can be repaired and benefit from new surface treatments that aim to give them a second youth. If you need repair services, please contact our after-sales service email@example.com. Upon receipt of your jewelry, the expert will examine it and provide you with an estimate of the repair time.
Like all precious jewelry, a Persée Paris creation is delicate and must be treated with care. To ensure that your jewelry stays with you for a very long time, we recommend that you follow the gestures and precautions that follow on this page.
Before wearing your jewelry:
Check that the closure system of your necklace or bracelet works without problem and check the stones by gently shaking your jewel.
Do not forget to remove your jewelry:
-For housework, gardening or other manual activities: repeated contact with household detergents or corrosive chemicals can damage the gold,
-When you do sport, at the beach or in the swimming pool. Intense activities can cause shocks which can scratch and damage the gold.
How do I store my jewelry?
Unworn, the jewel must be stored in the Persée Paris box or wrapped in a flexible pouch to protect it from any shock and scratches. Indeed, a precious piece of jewelry can get scratched on contact with another piece of jewelry. We advise you to store your jewel individually to avoid any friction. And when you store your necklace, ring or chain bracelet in its case, always make sure to close your jewelry to prevent it to get tangled.
How do I clean my jewelry?
To restore diamonds shine in your jewelry, we recommend that you rub it gently under lukewarm water with a small soft-bristled brush and dish soap. This cleaning will remove small dirt or dust without damaging your jewelry.
