Return and exchange policy

1. EMAIL PERSEE TO REQUEST A RETURN

Click “Request a Return” below or email sales@persee-paris.com

Please Include:

  • Order number which can be found in order confirmation email or under your account in “Your Orders” section.
  • Reason for return.

You have up to 15 business days after receiving your order to submit your return request and up to a month to exchange your jewel. Our in house team will assess the request (based on return eligibility).

 

2.PREPARE YOUR RETURN PARCEL

Include all original packaging and materials. Our carrier will pick up your package at a date and time that suit you directly to the address mentioned when you return by mail.

 

3.RECEIVE YOUR REFUND

Once your item is received, please allow 10 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 10 days. Any damaged jewel can not be the subject of a refund.
