Return and exchange policy

1. 1. EMAIL PERSEE TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email care@perseeparis.com to request a return. Please include your information, order number and concerned product.

You receive briefly an authorization email for your return.

2 .PREPARE YOUR RETURN PARCEL

Include all original packaging and materials as well as the information that our after-sales service will have sent you.

RETURN YOUR PARCEL TO FOLLOWING ADDRESS: MAISON LAOUI -231 RUE SAINT HONORE- 75001 PARIS -FRANCE

THE RETURN PACKAGE MUST BE SENT TO THE CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RETURN AUTHORIZATION. THE COSTS RELATED TO THE RETURN OF THE ITEMS REMAIN AT YOUR CHARGE. RETURNS IN STORE ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

3 .YOUR REFUND

Once your item is received, please allow us 10 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 10 days. Any damaged jewel cannot be the subject of a refund.
