Persée Paris delivers to the countries listed below and uses DHL or Colissimo carriers (depending on the delivery areas)
Delivery is free for all orders. Two types of delivery are offered for most products: standard (free) and express.
Persée Paris delivers worldwide.
Delivery time depends on your location. Typically, it takes 2 to 5 days once your order has been shipped.
Persée will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to track your order online. If you log into your Persée online account, you can also track your package by selecting “My Account” and clicking on “My Orders.”
Please note that from Monday to Thursday, any order placed after 3:30 p.m. will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
PLEASE NOTE : For all orders placed with Alma payment, an additional 4-hour delay after validation of the order for verification of the information is implemented. Therefore, for same-day dispatch, the order must be placed before noon.
Your jewelry will be shipped via DHL. For security reasons, a signature upon receipt will be required.
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change your delivery address. You will need to contact DHL directly in your country. Please note that DHL may charge you an additional fee for changing your address within the same country once your order has been shipped. Persée will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with a change of address.

Returns and Exchanges
Jewelry purchased on Perseeparis.com can be exchanged or returned up to fourteen days after the purchase date. For exchanges or returns, we accept unworn, unused, unworn, and undamaged items, accompanied by the original Persée Paris packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
You can return your jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund by exercising your right of withdrawal. For exchanges or returns, we accept unworn, unused, undamaged products, accompanied by the original Persée Paris packaging. Please contact us by email at care@perseeparis.com to arrange an exchange or return. One of our customer service experts will send you the instructions to follow.
The amount to be refunded for the purchased item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method used by the customer. The refund will be issued within 10 (ten) business days following the date the returned product is received at our warehouse for inspection. Once the refund has been issued by Persée Paris, the customer will receive an automatic email to the email address provided during the initial order.
For exchanges or returns, we accept unworn and undamaged items, accompanied by the original Persée Paris packaging. To exchange a piece of jewelry, you will be refunded for your jewelry so you can place another order. Because each piece of jewelry has a unique engraving number, we are required to reissue an invoice and therefore process a new payment.
As a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your Persée Paris purchase within 14 days without justification. This withdrawal period expires after 14 days from receipt of your order by you, or by a third party (other than the carrier).

Our jewelry is crafted and set using fine jewelry techniques. Thanks to our high-quality workmanship, our jewelry can be repaired and given new surface treatments to give it a new lease of life. If you require repair services, please contact our after-sales service at customerservice@perseeparis.com. Upon receipt of your jewelry, the expert will examine it and provide you with an estimate of the repair time.
Like all precious jewelry, a Persée Paris creation is delicate and must be treated with care. To ensure your jewelry lasts a long time, we recommend following the steps and precautions on this page.
Before putting on your jewelry:
Check that the closure system of your necklace or bracelet works without play and check the stones by gently shaking your jewelry.
Don't forget to remove your jewelry:
-For household chores, gardening or other manual activities: repeated contact with household detergents or corrosive products can damage the gold,
-When you are practicing a sporting activity, at the beach or at the swimming pool. Intense activity can cause shocks that can scratch the metal and damage it.
How do I store my jewelry?
When not worn, the jewelry must be stored in its Persée Paris case or wrapped in a soft pouch to protect it from any shocks or scratches. Indeed, a precious piece of jewelry can be scratched if it comes into contact with another piece of jewelry. We advise you to always make sure to only put one piece of jewelry per case to avoid any friction. And when you store your necklace, ring or chain bracelet in its case, always make sure to close your jewelry to avoid a knot from forming.
How do I clean my jewelry?
To restore the sparkle of your diamond jewelry, we recommend gently rubbing it under warm water with a small, soft-bristled brush and dish soap. This cleaning will remove any small bits of dirt or dust without damaging your jewelry.
